  Research Tag: Multiple Facilities

• Owner has more than one facility
• Database to make sure it's the right owner and check all facilities they may own
• Make sure contact information is the same to all facilities
• In Call Notes, if for example they own 5 facilities, at the very top

                                                example    ***Owns 5***

 Research Tag: Check - Number

• Phone Tag: DC or check - wrong
• DC - numbers are disconnected and need to be moved to the research column and marked 

                                           example 555-555-5555 DC

• Check wrong - means

                             a. someone says you have the wrong person               

                               (people lie, trust but verify)

                                              Look up number using

                                              a. True People Search

                                              b. White Pages

• Verify the you have the right person associated to the facility

                                 example "Hi Josh how are you....Hi is Josh there....."

• If no one picks up, see if person says name in voicemail
• If wrong truly wrong person, move to research notes and mark 

                                 example 555-555-5555 wrong

• If you are able to confirm it's the right owner, mark phone tag - confirmed

                           example Mobile - Confirmed
